PROS: - small company so has a "family" type feel to the team. - Company paid lunch every friday - Had a lot of freedom with different strategies I wanted to implement CONS: - Still has some of the kinks that a company starting out may have - Some habits seem a bit old fashioned - Whenever someone on the team isn't happy, everyone knows because it is smaller. ADVICE: Listen to your employees consistently & act to improve their working environment. Meet with your business development team regularly & devise a plan to help grow the business.
